March 14, 2016 / Morgan Stanley Wealth Management officially opened its new Downtown Allentown office in Three City Center at 515 West Hamilton Street last week. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in the company’s new spacious seventh floor suite, complete with panoramic 360-degree views.
The office is now home to 40 financial advisers and is managed by First Vice President Keith J. Yanders , a 30-year veteran of Morgan Stanley. “Morgan Stanley is delighted to return to Downtown Allentown,” Yanders said. “Our clients will receive the same high level service to which they are accustomed in a spacious, accessible facility.”
Another new tenant to Three City Center is CrossAmerica Partners, a distributor of branded motor vehicle petroleum to more than 1,200 locations in 25 states across the country. Formerly known as Lehigh Gas Partners, it was the first large company to move into the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ) back in 2011, and the company has experienced significant growth since. Five years ago, the company had 70 employees and was housed in the 702 Hamilton Building. Today, it has evolved into two successful entities, CrossAmerica Partners, which employs 63 people and resides on the second floor of Three City Center, and Dunne Manning, which employs 55 people on the fifth floor of Two City Center at 645 Hamilton Street.
Currently there are only two floors still available at Three City Center, which is also home to law firm Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, wireless network technologies innovator Velaspan and engineering firm RETTEW Associates. Both the third and fourth floors of the tower offer 27,317 square feet of Class A office space with turnkey delivery. A full-time property management team services the seven-story brick and limestone building, which is just steps away from the Lehigh County Courthouse, Allentown City Hall and other prime downtown locations. Amenities include:
- Ample underground and adjacent access-controlled parking
- 6,500-square-foot green roof
- Hamilton Street entrance and rear grand entrance on the Allentown Arts Park
- High-performance environmental control systems
- Common area WiFi
- Cafe nosh @ NANA’S and design-and-print center AlphaGraphics on the first floor
